Контроль качества – после ремонта или обслуживания все оборудование проходит тщательную проверку перед возвратом владельцу. По Вашему желанию на обслуженное оборудование выдается сертификат соответствия. Сертификат содержит подробную техническую информацию о состоянии всех узлов и компонентов.

PRICES AND SERVICES

General conditions and recommendations

We recommend scheduling maintenance or equipment repairs before starting any major project. We do not provide a final service or repair price without a detailed diagnosis.

DIAGNOSTICS

In most cases it takes from 1 to 4 hours. Diagnosis is free if repairs are ongoing. In case of refusal to repair, you pay $ 30 as compensation for the time spent diagnosing your equipment.

REPAIR TIME

On average, it takes 1-5 business days subject to availability necessary spare parts in our warehouse.

GUARANTEE

For repair/maintenance of lenses, photo or video equipment 3 months. The warranty for installed parts is from 6 to 12 months, depending on the manufacturer.

DELIVERY

Our own delivery service operates within the city. Departure daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. Worldwide delivery is carried out via UPS at the expense of the client with compulsory insurance.

PAYMENT

We accept all types of payment, including bank cards, transfers and payment by cash.

MOST COMMON PROBLEMS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The clamping ring of the bayonet does not fix the lens well.
Clamping ring wear. Over time, depletion appears on the inner surface of this ring, which affects its thickness and, accordingly, the degree of fixation of the lens on the camera. The clamping ring needs to be changed.

The clamping ring does not move smoothly, but jerkily.
The lubricant has lost its properties. Prevention is required, disassembly of the movable part of the mount, removal of used grease and application of a new one.

Time-code does not work correctly, the date and time are reset.
Typically, the problem is with the battery that provides low-voltage power to your device's volatile memory. It needs to be replaced.

Poor, unstable radio focus connection.
First of all, pay attention to the building density and the number of cars parked next to you. Dense buildings affect radio signal reflection and power loss. In turn, each car is equipped with an alarm that affects radio pollution. If there are no above obstacles, then first you need to change the communication channel (frequency of operation), if this does not correct the situation, then you need to change the radio module.

There is no infinity or the focal length scale does not correspond to the real distance.
The PL-Mount of your camera also has a working distance of 52mm. Sometimes it also needs to be checked and adjusted. Based on practice, in most cases the cause is a malfunction of the lens itself.
